Located in Aspro Chorio, Paros, the project comprises three independent residences conceived as a contemporary architectural composition inspired by the island’s vernacular building tradition and the Cycladic landscape. The clarity of the volumes, restrained geometries, and careful articulation of indoor and outdoor spaces create a timeless living environment where aesthetics and functionality are thoughtfully balanced. The use of natural, locally sourced materials, with Paros marble playing a prominent role, reinforces the project’s connection to its setting, conveying authenticity, material richness, and enduring value. Designed to provide comfort and quality living, the residences respond to the demands of contemporary holiday accommodation throughout the year.
Residence 1
Villa I is conceived as a contemporary retreat that embraces the Cycladic landscape through generous outdoor living spaces and uninterrupted sea views. Shaded terraces and comfortable lounging areas create an inviting setting for relaxation throughout the day. The ground floor accommodates a spacious open-plan living and dining area, seamlessly connected to the exterior spaces, along with a guest bedroom that offers comfort and accessibility. The first floor is dedicated to the private quarters, where bedrooms enjoy enhanced privacy, panoramic views, and spectacular sunsets over the Aegean. The result is a residence that balances openness, comfort, and a strong connection to its surroundings.
Residence 2
Designed around the experience of indoor-outdoor living, Villa II offers generous terraces and outdoor spaces that frame expansive views of the sea and surrounding landscape. The architecture combines simplicity, functionality, and timeless elegance. The ground floor serves as the social heart of the residence, featuring a spacious living area that extends naturally outdoors, as well as a comfortable guest room. The upper floor accommodates the private bedrooms, elevated to capture unobstructed sea views and the island’s remarkable afternoon sunsets, while ensuring a sense of tranquility and seclusion.
Residence 3
Villa III is defined by its strong connection to the landscape, with generous outdoor living areas and panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. Spacious terraces create comfortable settings for relaxation, dining, and enjoying the island’s natural beauty throughout the day. The ground floor features an open-plan living area that extends seamlessly outdoors, together with a guest bedroom. The more private bedrooms are located on the first floor, where elevated sea views and spectacular sunsets enhance the living experience. A detached guest studio, discreetly nestled within the beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden, offers additional privacy and independence while remaining fully integrated into the overall architectural composition.
